We choose our best livers, Yves prepares them, Geneviève carefully seasons them with salt and pepper....and thats it!

This foie gras is prepared in the traditional way, preserved to keep long-term....and like a good wine, it improves with age....if you can resist to temptation!!

Serving suggestions :

Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

Foie gras entier is ideally served chilled but not too cold on a bed of lettuce accompanied with lightly toasted traditional bread.
