The Marbré or Marbled foie gras mi-cuit  is made by assembling, in a rectangular container, 500g of carefully selected pieces of foie gras, which is then pasteurised. Each slice will have a slightly marbled appearance.

Easy to turn out and slice the marbré serves 10 people.
