Ingredients : White kidney beans from Castelnaudary, sauce made with duck fat and tomatoes, duck confit 25%, pork and Toulouse sausage, Armagnac 1%, spices, salt and pepper.

Preparation : Place in an earthenware or ovenproof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and reheat in a hot oven for 20 mins.
